By participating in LuxPatio’s Backyard Makeover Challenge: Dallas Edition, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Eligibility: Open only to Dallas, Texas homeowners who are U.S. residents and 18 years or older. Proof of residency and homeownership may be required.
2. No Purchase Necessary: Participation is free, and no purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
3. Entry Requirements: Entrants must follow LuxPatio on Facebook & Instagram, like the campaign post, and submit clear photos or a short video of their backyard via the official online form.
4. Selection of Winners: Four winners will be selected after the September 10, 2025 (PST) deadline. Winners will be notified directly using the contact information provided. If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable timeframe, LuxPatio reserves the right to select an alternate participant.
5. Prize Assignment: Winners will receive a lifetime free trial of a LuxPatio louvered pergola, including professional installation. Pergola models (Louvre L5 or NestGrill N5 LITE variants) will be assigned based on each winner’s backyard layout and suitability to ensure the best fit and safe installation.
6. Installation & Content Usage: Installation dates will be coordinated with each winner. Winners agree to allow LuxPatio to document the installation and use photos, videos, or interviews for marketing and promotional purposes.
7. Interview Requirement: Winners must be available for a short interview in mid-September 2025; the specific date will be confirmed via email.
8. No Cash Value: Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative products/services.
9. Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless LuxPatio Inc. from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation or acceptance/use of any prize.
