Shipping Information

After you have successfully placed your order with www.luxpatio.com. Your order will be confirmed within 48 hours and you will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order.

We guarantee that your order will be shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Should we fail to meet this commitment within these business days, we will compensate you $100 for each day of delay.

Currently, we will only be dispatching from our warehouses from Monday to Friday.

We currently ship within the U.S., and states include:
CA, AZ, NV, FL, GA, SC, NC, TX

Tracking Orders

When your order ships, a shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to your email so that you can track your package easily on shipping carrier’s website directly.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If you input the incorrect address information at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.

Tax Exemptions

Customers seeking to apply federal or state tax exemptions must submit the relevant 503(c) documentation to support@luxpatio.com before making a purchase. Tax exemptions cannot be applied retroactively to existing orders.
