Both the NestGrill and Louvre 5 come with a thoughtful warranty for peace of mind. The main structural frame is covered for 10 years, movable parts like louvers and mechanisms for 5 years, and accessories and electrical components for 2 years. We accept returns if the product is in its original, undamaged condition and hasn’t been modified. Return shipping is covered for faulty or incorrect items, while change-of-mind returns incur a 15% restocking fee and require you to cover return costs.

Your LuxPatio pergola needs a solid, flat surface like concrete, paving slabs, or decking so it can be securely fastened. For extra stability, we recommend using concrete pads or a full concrete base.

No, the height or width can't be adjusted. Our NestGrill model comes in two sizes to fit either one or two grills, and our Louvre 5 pergola is available in 10' x 10', 10' x 12', and 12' x 12'. These options are thoughtfully designed to suit most needs, whether you're dining, relaxing, or hosting a party. Just set it up and enjoy.
