Order Confirmation

When you place an order through www.luxpatio.com, you will receive an email with your confirmation number and order summary within 48 hours. It takes within 7 days to dispatch the package after your order being processed.

Change the Shipping Address

Before your order is prepared for shipping, you can change the shipping address to change information. To cancel the order, please confirm your wish to cancel the order via email to support@luxpatio.com; please include your purchase order number, full name, address, and reason for cancellation.

Tracking Orders

When your order ships, a shipment notification with tracking information will be sent to your email so that you can track your package easily on the shipping carrier’s website directly.
