After placing your order
We’ll get in touch to do a quick remote check of your space and set up a time that works best for installation.

Choose and prepare the spot for your product
Make sure the foundation is flat and solid, and we’ll go over any details before installation. It’s also a good idea to clear out anything in the area, like furniture or boxes, so we have room to work.

On construction day
Someone will need to be present on-site to provide access and sign off once the installation is complete. Our professional team will handle the full assembly, securely anchor your pergola, and install all accessories.
